KARTING TO BE SPOTLIGHTED ON NBC’S THE TODAY SHOW
New York City, New York — NBC’s The Today Show, Weekend Edition will be airing taped footage of the Horstman Gold Cup GT Machine Grand Nationals at Badger Raceway in Dousman, Wisconsin this Saturday morning, August 27th.
Focusing on 9-year-old Briggs Jr Sportsman 1 competitor Harry Philipi, as well as, WKA President Randy Kugler, the show will air to millions of viewers across the nation, highlighting action on and off the track.
“This is a tremendous opportunity to share the excitement of karting with literally millions of viewers on a major television network. Our thanks to NBC for their efforts in making this happen,” said Randy Kugler, President, World Karting Association.
The karting segment will air August 27th, between 7am – 9am on NBC.
