HAASE KARTS REIGN SUPREME IN SUMMER ACTION

Hubertus, Wisconsin — Over the past month, Haase chassis have been on a nationwide tear, claiming numerous national and regional podium places.
At the most recent Midwest Sprint Series event at Badger Raceway in Dousman, Wisconsin, team drivers Ryan Ruf and Jacob Little captured victories in the Rotax Max and HPV Junior divisions. Ruf dominated the Rotax Max feature from start to finish with his Haase Future chassis, claiming his third win out of the four MWSS races held thus far in 2005.
Little’s Haase Monte Carlo kart inherited the lead in the HPV Junior class late in the run to grasp his third win of the season. The Horicon, WI native also finished 5th in the highly-competitive Yamaha Jr. SSX Heavy group after a hard fought race.
Finishing second to Little in the HPV Junior field in yet another Monte Carlo was fellow Haase pilot T.J. Koyen, who is currently contending in his first season of MWSS competition.
In the TAG™ feature, Mark Vielgut walked away with second place honors, after leading on and off for the entire race with his Haase Future.
On the national level, Vielgut pulled out a set of second place finishes at the most recent WKA Manufactures Cup race in South Bend, Indiana on July 15-17.
During the Formula Y final, his #97 Haase Monza kart took command from the drop of the green, only to lose the lead late in the race after an intense battle for the top spot. The ICA main event saw Vielgut flirt with disaster in a first lap excursion. Luckily, a strong drive put Mark in second place by the race end.
This is just a dissection of what Haase karts have been up to thus far in 2005. For further information on Haase products please feel free to contact National Kart Supply, LLC at 877-89-HAASE or at info@nationalkartsupply.com.
