NORTH AMERICA DIRT TRACK CHAMPIONSHIPS MAKES A RETURN IN 2005

Concord, North Carolina — In anticipation of Daytona KartWeek this December, WKA is announcing the return of NADTC to offer provisional starting spots at the Dirt World Championships, one of three events taking place in Daytona.
Beechnut Raceway in Blountville, Tennessee is beginning to prepare for one of the most prestigious dirt events in the country. Scheduled for October 14 – 16, the NADTC allows competitors the opportunity to earn one of three provisional starting positions in each class being offered at the 2005 Dirt World Championships at Daytona KartWeek 2005 this December in Daytona Beach, Florida. First and second place finishers in each class will earn a provisional starting spot, while the third provisional will be decided by a blind draw including 3rd – 15th place finishers in each class at NADTC. If you have heard all about Daytona KartWeek, it’s almost enough to have just "Made the Main" so these provisionals are a welcomed opportunity for any driver.
Divisional Dirt Champions will each earn a provisional starting spot in that class for the NADTC this October. There will also be payoffs and awards for the top 5 in each class with first place earning $1000 in Briggs Medium and Briggs Heavy while all remaining classes will offer $500 to the first place finisher.
