US DRIVER TO COMPETE IN ITALIAN OPEN MASTERS CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
Miami, Florida — ICA Driver, Dominic Scheer, has been adding to his Karting resume in a big way. After coming off of a 2nd place finish and a win in Easykart at Stars of Karting in Newcastle, Indiana, and at the young age of 15, Dominic is the only American to compete in the Italian Open Masters this upcoming weekend in at the Italian Open Masters Championship Series in ICA. Driving his Birel/TM/Vega Kart, Dominic, who also speaks fluent Italian, is ready to go compete in Round Three of this prestigious Championship Series.
After an outstanding weekend in New Castle, with only one night's rest and enough time to wash his race suit and pack again, He is off to Round 3 on the 2005 FIK Italian Open Masters to race ICA. Nathan Brown, chief mechanic ICA for Dominic, will accompany Dominic to the Circuito Internazionale La Conca in Muro Leccese, Italy. See www.laconca.com for more information.
With 72 entries from over 27 different countries, Scheer will compete against some of the world's best ICA competitors. Being in Italy and the only American not only gives him incomparable racing experience, but the those Italian girls aren't too shabby either!
