JOEL MILLER JOINS TONYKART/VORTEX IN ICA

Scottsdale, Arizona — Southern California driver Joel Miller will now wear the color green for the remainder of the 2005 racing season. When asked why he chose TonyKart/Vortex, Miller said, “I made the decision for several reasons. Trackside assistance is extremely professional and team oriented. On-track performance has also been consistent and strong, and I feel the level of technical support and expertise from both CompCor and TonyKart of Italy will be a great help in the advancement of my racing career. I hope to make a good contribution to the team.”

Miller will join Jason Bowles and race with the CompCor team for the first time at the Stars East competition in New Castle, IN next weekend. As he has in the past, Miller will continue to compete in the ICA direct drive category.

“Joel Miller is an excellent driver with great potential and will be a definite asset to the CompCor team,” said CompCor Team Manager Cliff Kujala. “We’re pleased to have him with us and look forward to working with him for the remainder of 2005.”

TonyKart’s Italian support team will also be on hand at Stars East. TonyKart President Roberto Robazzi, 1996 Formula Super A Champion Johnny Mislijevic, TonyKart Race Engineer Paulo Gobbini, and Vortex Engine Tuner Vittorio Venturi will be there to help TonyKart/Vortex drivers to reach maximum speeds and maintain optimum performance.
