RED BULL DRIVER SEARCH WILD CARD PICKS

Antioch, Illinois — TAG™ Racing USA is proud to announce our two wild card picks for the Red Bull Driver Search: Eddie Coffin, Jr. (age 14) hailing from Siasconset, Massachusetts and Jessica Brannam (age 14) hailing from Johnsburg, Illinois.  These are two very accomplished drivers with career aspirations in motor sports.  We are very proud to have them representing TAG™ USA for the Red Bull Driver Search Run Offs in Boston.  Jessica Brannam is an alumnus of the Red Bull Driver Search Run Offs 2004.  While running in a transfer position she experienced engine trouble taking her out of the competition.  She is looking forward to competing in the 2005 Run Offs with aspirations of moving to the next level this year.  Eddie Coffin Jr. while competing in both the USA and Canada chasing championships is looking forward to having the chance to show off his talents in the Run Offs this year.

Jessica has been racing for over 5 years and has 145 career feature race victories, 19 regional championships, 5 IRA national championships, 2 WKA national championships, and 2 WKA grand national championships.  She is currently ranked #1 in the WKA NRRS Jr. Sprint Lite and Jr. Sprint Heavy classes.  She has won races and championships racing ovals, sprint tracks and road courses. Jessica will drive anything she can get her hands on.

Eddie has been competing since 2001 both in Canada and the USA.  He has had many feature wins and is a northwest regional champion.  Eddie has competed in the Rotax Grand Nationals in Las Vegas in 2004.  Eddie has stepped up his program for a 14-race season this year.  Eddie’s talent has garnered him a sponsor for this season, driving a Rotax powered Arrow Kart for ProSpeed Kartsports.
