THE VINTAGE KARTING ASSN. RULES SUBCOMMITTEE HAS BEEN APPOINTED FOR 2010 - Decemeber 30, 2009

Edwardsville, Illinois -- The VKA Rules Subcommittee for 2010 has been appointed. The members are Louie Figone louimtb@aol.com, Mona Sturgeon kartwitch@yahoo.com and Dean Kossaras amstar@ameritech.com.
The new subcommittee will be charged with considering changes to the VKA Operations Manual authored in 2006 by Tom Thorin and to which no changes have been made since that time. The tentative schedule is for the Rules Subcommittee to discuss proposed changes by the April Board of Directors Meeting. After that, the Board will have a chance to review and respond by the May Meeting with the suggested draft changes then offered on the website for membership review by the June meeting and the implementation date will be recommended by the
subcommittee. This is only a tentative schedule subject to change.
