SHIFTING MADE SIMPLE
New Zealand-based Sharp Concepts has developed the SHARP SHIFTER. It is a pneumatic gear changing mechanism for shifter karts, which was unveiled at the 2002 Kart Expo in Chicago. The Sharp Shifter is designed to provide the race driver with a gear change at the touch of a button on the steering wheel. The future of chassis kart alignment, according to the manufacturer, is The Sniper™, the dynamic laser kart wheel alignment system.
