UNITED
STATES AND CANADIAN REGULATORY AGENCIES
One of the most common
questions asked of us is… “Who regulates indoor karting?” Most states and
provinces have some type of regulatory agency which oversees amusement
operations, i.e. Indoor Kart Racing and/or indoor concession karting. Many
of these agencies may require special-use permits and inspections as well
as other requirements. If you have any questions, contact the agency within
the state or province you plan to operate.
