Student Needs Design Assistance

By e-mail, we have been contact by Thanos Tsokas, a student at Greenwich University in London, England, who has asked for assistance with his final year project; the design and manufacture of a go kart. In addition to some design assistance, he would also like to know the stress or strain factors and flexibility of a chassis as well as information as to the correct materials and dimensions for a kart chassis using a 50-80cc engine. He would also appreciate any drawings for a mechanical disc brake. Mr. Tsokas can be reached by e-mail at: tt804@greenwich.ac.uk.

ER Metal Conditioner On Market

Nampa, Idaho - Energy Release Products Corporation announced today that they have their new Anti-friction Metal Conditioner available. The conditioner works on an entirely different principle than other oil additives. Not an oil or lubricant, ER Anti-friction Metal Conditioner mixes readily with lubricating fluids and is carried by them to heat and friction points. There, through complex chemical technology, ER actually becomes part of the molecular structure of ferrous-based metal surfaces. ER seals rough pores and smoothes asperities without changing tolerances. Friction is reduced, engines operate cooler and there is less wear and tear on metal parts. The result? Easier cold starting, increases in torque and horsepower, improved fuel economy, and longer life for your oil and engine. For more information, contact Energy Release Products Corporation @ 800-234-6437 (US/Canada), 208-468-9090 from overseas or on the web at: www.energyrelease.com .
